Meditation Scores
Consistency (33% of meditation score) – Integrating meditation into your daily routine is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. A consistent practice sets the tone for the rest of your day, fostering clarity and focus. Each video you start counts to the consistency score.
Endurance (33% of meditation score) – The longer you can sit fully present, focused on your breath or the instructor’s guidance, the stronger your mental discipline will become. The endurance score is the average percentage of the meditations completed.
Time (33% of meditation score) – The total time spent in the Meditation Library contributes to your overall score, reflecting your commitment to the practice. You’ll be inspired to build on small victories to build a meditation practice that will serve you for life.
Breathwork Scores
Consistency (30% of breathwork score) – Building a daily breathwork habit is simple yet powerful. Each breathwork session you start will contribute to your consistency score.
Endurance (30% of breathwork score) – The more you stay with it, the stronger you become. Like meditation each video you start counts to the consistency score.
Time (30% of breathwork score) – Breathwork strengthens your heart by challenging it over time. The more minutes you watch, the higher your score.
Difficulty (10% of breathwork score) – The more challenging the session, the higher your score.
Brain Training Scores
Reaction Time (25% of Brain Training score) – Improving your reaction time in Brain Training games will enhance cognitive function and processing speed. The faster your reaction time, the higher your score.
Endurance (25% of Brain Training score) – The longer you play, the longer you stay mentally engaged and the higher your score will be. This strengthens your ability to sustain focus over extended periods, boosting your overall Brain Training score.
Difficulty (25% of Brain Training score) – You can push yourself with more demanding challenges, doing so will increase your score.
Accuracy (25% of Brain Training score) – Your accuracy score (correct answers/total answers) is displayed at the end of each game and feeds directly into your overall Brain Training score. If your accuracy is too high, it’s time to increase the difficulty. If it’s too low, consider adjusting to a slightly more manageable level to improve precision.
